Sr. Product Shaman
Your colleagues call you "The Magician". Your middle name should be "Prowess". But you're too humble for that type of hyperbole. You've probably been a product manager at a leading company that's fast transitioned from start up to "big company". Now, you want to be the driving force for product management at a breakthrough early stage startup that's changing the game. Developers are in love with you, and users would be too if they knew what you put into the web based products they're obsessed with. You're hungry to chart the course for the next big thing.
At Udorse, you'll take charge of product management, including product definitions, market requirements, product designs, and product strategy/roadmap. You'll proactively work with management and partners to establish development priorities drive the direction and prioritization of engineering efforts. You'll inspire respect among brilliant engineers and masterfully coordinate across cross functional teams; setting the vision, enrolling all stakeholders, and seeing it through to best-in-class execution. Oh yeah, you'll also report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent, graduated at or near the top of your class from a top tier program
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in product management
- Proven track record of defining product requirements and producing successful products
- Solid experience building wireframes and mock-ups
- Extremely hard working
- Leader who's also an outstanding team player
- Bias toward outstanding execution [vs. spending all your time strategizing]
- Past experience as a software engineer a major plus
- Experience with Scala a plus

Design Druid
Description:

Udorse is seeking a User Experience Designer who also has solid Graphic Design chops to take our UX and look/tone/feel to the next level. You'll bring our visual endorsement engine to life across multiple platforms, transforming a powerful concept into a visually delightful and engaging user experience. This is a unique early-stage opportunity well suited for a highly talented and motivated designer with a rich portfolio of past projects. You will work closely with our development team and be the Lead Designer at Udorse.
Core Requirements:
- Experience with user testing and complicated workflow design
- Prototypes low and high fidelity interfaces quickly
- Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical teammates
- Expertise in XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, AJAX a plus
- Knowledge of Javascript and Flash
- Passion for photography
- Deep understanding of the social networking and social media spaces
